Life with Colieblack

This will be our first year of actually starting to homeschool.  Jayden will start Kindergarten this year.  Oh how my little boy is growing up.

I just can’t bring myself to officially start till after Labor Day though.  All the schools in our area are starting this week.  To me it just still seems like summer still and who wants to start school in the summer.

I have ordered a few books, but for the most part this year will be a hodgepodge of different curriculum that has been given to us from many family and friend homeschoolers.  We are planning on doing a Classical education.  It has been fun researching and figuring out what we want to do as a family.

The best part is that the kids are so excited to start.
