A Night of Bowling

We took the kids bowling tonight for the first time. It was a fun family time. Jayden at first didn’t want to bowl because he didn’t want to wear the shoes, but by the end he was bowling and in the shoes. Timmy was big on doing it himself. At one point I walked up to watch him, and he looks at me and says “I can do it all by myself” I said I just wanted to cheer for him. He says as he points backwards, “you can cheer over there”. Ally got an 83, of course that was with the bumpers, she had a blast. Jessie’s excitement came when we got our pizza for dinner. She did get to try bowling once.

Oh and Timmy’s new word of the day is texting. At one point while waiting for his ball to come back for his second throw, he looks at us and says, “my ball is just texting right now”.
