Life with Colieblack

I am currently driving across New Mexico while I write this, headed home to be with my family.  My Daddy, had a long courageous fight with cancer.  He went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday at noon.  He is no longer in pain and will never be again.  He was faithful and strong till the end of his life here on this earth and walking with his precious Savior in Heaven.  His hospice nurse told Mom, that she saw such a connection with the Supreme that it was profound, his eyes had such a light that she asked him if he was a Christian.  His answer “yes, that is the only thing you do have”.  As the songs says that I have had playing in my mind “I can only imagine what it will be like when I walk by Your side.”  I am so glad I know that my Dad is in the presence of Jesus for eternity.

Thank you to all who have prayed for him, and ask that you would continue to hold the rest of my family up in prayer.

I also have a request of those who new my Daddy.  If you have a special memory, story, or how my Dad touched your life, would you please send me a message.  I want to have a collection that I can pass down to his Grandchildren.
