My girl loves the fantasy world. She loves reading, and playing video games that are fantasy based. So it was no surprise when she said she wanted her party to be fantasy themed. That’s a very broad world though so we narrowed it down to her current favorites which are mushrooms and dragons, right now. We have a large extended family so for the most part just stick to a family party.
The food is always the most important, she loves finger foods and had a few specifics that were a must, then we filled in the rest for fun. It was fun coming up with the names to make it themed.

We had fun with the decorations we got the plates, enchanted forest backdrop, wonderland backdrop, moss table cloths, super cute Gnome Garden statue at Amazon. My super talented oldest daughter got some stuff for the centerpiece at Hobby Lobby and created this fun scene.
She wanted cheesecake for desert and we found these fun mushroom candles to go on the cake.
I think we met all her expectations for her party. It was fun to put together, great food, and great family time.
